In this session, the following questions were discussed:
1. What are the currently imposed sanctions, and what are their short- and long-term risks?
2. Is it actually possible to lift the sanctions, and how?
3. What are the roles of different societal actors (diaspora, civil society organizations, government, etc.) in this process?
